We care for our face for years… and the hands give everything away: brown spots, thin crinkling skin, protruding veins. Exposed to sun and daily aggressions, the hand ages fast — but it responds remarkably well to the right technologies.
Against pigmentation spots on the back of the hands: IPL photorejuvenation, exactly as on the face — the spots darken, flake, lighten (see our spot protocol). Against crinkling and loss of density: nano-needling and electroporation infuse hyaluronic acid and regenerating actives; LED gently stimulates collagen. Gentle peels even out the skin tone of the hands.

Frequently asked questions
Do hand spots fade as well as facial ones?
Yes — IPL is often even highly effective there, as sun spots on hands are typical and well-defined. As with the face, the course is scheduled outside summer with strict sun protection.
Can very crinkled hands be replumped?
Density and hydration improve markedly with a course of nano-needling and electroporation. The result is progressive and natural — rested hands, not transformed ones.
How many sessions to rejuvenate the hands?
Generally 3 to 4 combined sessions, often attached to your facial appointments. The precise quote is given at the assessment.
Why do my spots come back?
