The Candy Lips technique pigments the whole lip in a shade close to your own natural colour, revived; watercolour plays on a softer gradient with no hard outline. In both cases: a redefined contour, a fresh, even colour, and an instant optical volume effect — without injections. No more lipstick bleeding into fine lines.
Bespoke colour and the healing timeline
The shade is built with you from our certified pigments — from rosy nude to raspberry — and tested before pigmentation. Expect a few days of intense colour, then a lightening of 30 to 50%; the touch-up at 4-6 weeks sets the result for 2 to 4 years. Does Candy Lips give a "tattooed lips" effect?
No: the chosen shade stays close to your own natural colour, revived, with a soft gradient. The goal is a permanent healthy-glow effect, not a frozen lipstick.
Is it painful?
A topical numbing agent is applied before and during the session: the sensation is one of vibrations and tingling, very manageable.
I occasionally get cold sores: can I have it done?
That is a contraindication that absolutely must be checked: pigmentation can reactivate an outbreak. The complimentary assessment reviews it and guides you before any decision.
How long do the lips stay dark afterwards?
The colour is intense for a few days, then lightens by 30 to 50% while healing. The final finish is judged after the setting touch-up at 4-6 weeks.
How long does lip pigmentation last?
