Infini delivers radiofrequency through insulated microneedles, straight into the dermis, at depths adjustable to a tenth of a millimetre: the energy remodels collagen exactly where needed, without heating the surface. It is THE technology for acne scars, enlarged pores, established wrinkles and skin laxity — including on darker phototypes, which classic lasers treat poorly.
Structural results, session after session
The protocol generally involves 2 to 4 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, with redness lasting 24 to 72 hours. Remodelling continues for several months after the last session. Is Infini fractional radiofrequency painful?
The session is performed after a comfort cream is applied; you feel brief warm pulses. Depth and intensity are adjusted area by area.
How long does redness last after Infini?
From 24 to 72 hours depending on the intensity of the pass — the trade-off for deep remodelling. A written aftercare protocol is provided.
Does Infini really work on acne scars?
It is one of its best indications: the microneedles remodel collagen at the heart of the scar, session after session. Results build over several months.
Is it suitable for dark skin tones?
Yes — one of its great strengths: the energy is delivered beneath the surface without heating the epidermis, where classic lasers expose darker phototypes to spots.
How many sessions are needed?
